This is not a conventional PA/secretarial role.
The candidate must demonstrate
- Exceptional organisation.
- Task tracking.
- Persistent follow-up.
- Meeting/action management.
- Solid written English.
- Concise management summaries.
- Excel/Google Workspace.
- Advanced working knowledge of AI is mandatory—considerably higher than for the other operational roles.
- Ability to use AI for email/document summaries, extracting actions from communications, research, drafting, meeting preparation, comparisons, task management and management reporting.
Key deliverables — first 90 days
Establish one system covering
Instruction → Task → Owner → Deadline → Follow-up → Closure
Including
- Central management action tracker.
- Meeting-action tracker.
- Overdue-task escalation.
- Follow-up with HODs.
- Daily/periodic management summary:

Ultimate measure
Once the Founder Director gives an instruction, he should not have to remember it and chase it himself.
Age: Under 35
Experience: 5–8 years, preferably supporting a Founder, CEO, MD, entrepreneur or senior business leader.
Qualification: Graduate mandatory; MBA/PGDM or strong business/communications qualification preferred.
CTC: ₹6–8 lakh, exceptional candidate up to ₹10 lakh.
