Gallery Silver Scapes is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Executive Assistant cum Inside Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our team.

? Location: Anand Niketan, Recent Delhi

? Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year

? Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Director with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks.
- Handle calls, emails, follow-ups, scheduling, and internal coordination.
- Support inside sales activities, lead generation, and client follow-ups.
- Maintain lead and customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Prepare basic reports, presentations, and business communication.




- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Confident, organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Freshers with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
