Key Responsibilities:

- Review tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications for ELV systems

- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates for ELV projects

- Analyze project requirements and coordinate with design and sales teams

- Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate pricing

- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for bids and tenders

- Ensure compliance with client specifications and industry standards

- Conduct site visits (if required) for project assessment

- Support project handover to execution team post-award

- Maintain cost databases and estimation records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in ELV estimation or design

- Strong knowledge of ELV systems and industry standards

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

- Good analytical and cost estimation skills

- Solid communication and coordination abilities
