URGENT HIRING ESTIMATION MANAGER

Katira Construction Ltd. is looking for an experienced Estimation Manager to join our team at our Ahmedabad Head Office.

Location: Ahmedabad Head Office

Experience: 9–14 Years

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Civil Engineering

Industry: Construction / Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead estimation & tendering activities
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs and cost estimates
- Analyze drawings, specifications and tender documents
- Prepare accurate rate analysis and project cost estimates
- Coordinate with technical, procurement and project teams
- Review quotations and subcontractor/vendor rates
- Ensure timely and competitive submission of tenders
- Monitor estimation processes and support commercial decisions

Candidate Profile:

8–12 years of relevant experience in estimation/tendering

Strong knowledge of construction costing, BOQ and rate analysis

Good understanding of Civil/Infrastructure projects

Solid analytical and negotiation skills
