What you'll do
-Fundamental research across companies and sectors
-Analyse annual reports, concalls, DRHPs and research reports
-Build company deep-dives, sector notes and investment theses
-Track business, industry and financial metrics
-Support portfolio monitoring and research frameworks
-Participate in investment discussions and question assumptions independently
What we're looking for
-Good understanding of financial statements and business models
-Explicit communication and independent thinking
-High ownership and strong work ethic
-NISM Series XV required before joining
-Freshers with strong research aptitude can apply
-Prior equity research experience is a plus
