Job Title: Environment Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Environment Manager responsible for managing and maintaining application environments across Development, Testing, UAT, and Production. The role involves environment planning, release coordination, deployment management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring environment availability for project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain multiple application environments (DEV, SIT, UAT, PRE-PROD, PROD).
- Coordinate environment setup, refresh, and configuration activities.
- Plan and manage deployment and release activities across environments.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Production Support teams.
- Monitor environment health, availability, and capacity.
- Handle environment-related incidents and ensure timely resolution.




- Manage change requests and ensure compliance with ITIL processes.
- Maintain environment schedules and resolve setting conflicts.
- Drive automation initiatives for deployment and environment management.
- Prepare environment status reports and communicate with stakeholders.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Environment Management and Release Management.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD.
- Knowledge of Git, Bitbucket, and version control systems.
- Experience with Linux/Unix administration.
- Understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with ITIL processes, Change Management, and Incident Management.
- Basic knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
