Role Description

We are looking for an Entry Level Data Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is ideal for fresh graduates, recent graduates, and early-career technology professionals interested in data engineering, SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, databases, cloud platforms, analytics, automation, and business data systems.

The Entry Level Data Engineer will work closely with data, analytics, IT, software, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to collect, transform, integrate, and organize data for reporting, analytics, automation, and business decision-making.

The role may involve working with Python, SQL, relational and NoSQL databases, ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, APIs, cloud platforms, data warehouses, reporting systems, and enterprise applications depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in data engineering,



data analytics, database development, ETL development, software development, Python development, SQL development, business intelligence, or related technology roles can apply.
- Final-year students completing their degree and available for full-time employment may also be considered.
- Candidates currently working as Entry Level Data Engineer, Graduate Data Engineer, Junior Data Engineer, Associate Data Engineer, Data Analyst, SQL Developer, Python Developer, ETL Developer, Analytics Engineer, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, analytics, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to valuable knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, SQLite, or similar databases will be beneficial.
- Basic to valuable knowledge of Python programming and data-processing fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Requests, SQLAlchemy, or similar libraries will be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of data cleaning, data transformation, data validation, data integration, and data quality concepts.
- Exposure to ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, workflow automation, or data integration tools will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, CSV, Excel, web services, and data extraction will be beneficial.




- Exposure to data warehouses, data lakes, dimensional modeling, or data architecture concepts will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to cloud data tools such as AWS S3, Redshift, Glue, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Google BigQuery, or similar technologies will be an additional advantage.
- Exposure to Apache Spark, PySpark, Airflow, Kafka, dbt, Hadoop, or similar data-engineering technologies will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Excel, or reporting and visualization tools will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Git, GitHub, version control, testing, debugging, and collaborative development workflows.
- Exposure to Docker, Linux, command-line tools, CI/CD, or DevOps concepts will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to machine learning, artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, or data science will be considered an additional advantage.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, reporting, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical data solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, SQL project, Python project, ETL project, data analytics project, GitHub project, dashboard project, hackathon, freelance project, or academic data project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time data-engineering experience can apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new database, cloud, analytics, ETL, and data-engineering technologies.
