Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an enterprising Partnerships and Growth Manager who is passionate about improving the mental health infrastructure of the country. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a agile environment.

The candidate will work closely with the leadership team and own B2B growth and partnership initiatives end-to-end. The role will include:

- Lead the ideation, strategy, planning, and execution of partnerships and collaborations with corporates, NGOs, governmental institutions, hospitals and other clinical establishments(CNS);
- Representing at external events, workshops, and meetings;
- Tracking relevant metrics, conversion, analysing impact;
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the leadership team.





Desirous Candidates Must Have:

- 5+ years of relevant work experience in closing B2B partnerships, growing collaborations, or similar roles;
- Passion for mental health;
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive projects and outcomes;
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills;
- Ability to think strategically while executing on-ground initiatives in a fast-paced environment;
- Willingness to travel as required for outreach activities.

Educational Qualification: Science graduates or other any graduate with relevant experience.
