Key Responsibilities
- Set up VMC/HMC machines for production & development jobs
- Perform VMC,HMC, CNC programming (Fanuc/other controls)
- Select tools, fixtures, and optimize machining parameters
- Interpret engineering drawings and process requirements
- Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure minimal downtime
- Conduct in-process inspection and ensure quality compliance
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth execution
Requirements
- Solid experience in VMC/HMC setting and CNC programming
- over 6 years in total experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments and machining tools
- Good understanding of machining processes and tolerances
- Experience in heavy engineering oil & gas components is a plus
- Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical or related field
