- 8-10 years of experience in Endpoint Management, Endpoint Security, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune MDM & MAM.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity-based endpoint security.
- Experience with Conditional Access and device compliance policies.
- Strong experience managing Windows endpoint security in an enterprise environment.

- Application Deployment
- Device Enrollment
- Windows Autopilot
- Endpoint Security/EDR
- Solid understanding of endpoint hardening and security best practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint or comparable EDR technologies.
- Knowledge of BitLocker, Microsoft Defender Antivirus, Windows Firewall, ASR rules, and endpoint protection technologies.
- Experience troubleshooting endpoint management and security issues in large enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability management, patching, and remediation processes.
- Ability to analyze security alerts, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Strong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
