About the Role

We're hiring a hands-on Email & SMS Marketing Manager to own and grow Email/SMS revenue for an international women's fashion eCommerce brand. This is a revenue-ownership role, not a newsletter-writing role.

This role is only for candidates who have:

- Personally managed Email/SMS marketing for an international clothing, fashion, or apparel eCommerce brand (not local, not B2B, not a different industry)
- Hands-on Klaviyo experience — built flows, segments, and campaigns yourself, not through an agency team or with only reporting access

What You'll Own

- Email & SMS revenue growth, end to end
- Klaviyo flow-building from scratch: Welcome, Browse Abandonment, Cart Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Win-Back, VIP, Cross-Sell/Upsell, Sunset
- Shopify–Klaviyo integration and data hygiene
- Segmentation by purchase behavior, AOV, engagement, location, and lifecycle stage
- Seasonal and promotional campaign calendar: Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Prom, Homecoming, Wedding, Evening Dresses, and other fashion-calendar moments
- Popups, signup forms, and list growth strategy




- A/B testing on subject lines, preview text, offers, CTAs, creative, and send times
- Deliverability monitoring (bounce, spam complaints, unsubscribe rates)
- Reporting on Email/SMS revenue, flow revenue, conversion rate, CTR, repeat purchase rate, and LTV

Mandatory Requirements

- 4–5 years in Email/CRM Marketing
- Direct, personal experience managing Email/SMS for an international clothing, fashion, or apparel D2C brand
- Solid, hands-on Klaviyo experience — flows, segments, campaigns built by you
- Experience with a Shopify D2C store
- Track record building lifecycle automation from scratch
- Strong grasp of segmentation and personalization
- A/B testing and optimization experience
- Ability to report on and improve revenue, conversion, and retention metrics
- Experience running seasonal campaigns for an international audience
- Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes
