- Operate and maintain electrical distribution systems, UPS, lighting, EPABX, AHU, utility panels and related systems.
- Handle maintenance of HVAC, fire safety, access control, CCTV, laboratory instruments, vacuum pumps, air compressors and nitrogen generators.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PPM) and breakdown troubleshooting.
- Coordinate AMC/CMC/Warranty activities and vendor management.
- Manage facility administration, housekeeping services, inventory and cafeteria services.
- Handle invoice processing and vendor development.
- Maintain site documentation, drawings and layouts.
- Ensure compliance with QMS, ISO, workplace safety and statutory requirements.
- Maintain energy-related documentation, MIS and regular reports.
