? Requirements:

Education: B.E. (Electrical) OR Diploma (Electrical)

Mandatory: Direct hands-on experience in continuous process plants (Fertilizer, Chemical, Petrochemical, or similar heavy process facilities).

?️ Key Focus Areas:

HV & LV Power Systems:



Operation & maintenance of 11 KV+ Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCB), LV ACB, Starters, VFDs (LV required, HV is an added advantage), and Auto/Manual Changeover schemes.

Relays & Diagnostics: Practical knowledge of ABB, Schneider, and Alstom numerical relays; expert in schematic reading and quick fault restoration.

Maintenance & Overhaul: Motor overhauling (up to 150 KW LV bearing replacement), PM for HV motors (up to 1 MW), earthing, lighting, and Electrical Heat Tracing systems.

Plant Operations: Manage annual shutdown execution, emergency off-hour power restoration, permit-to-work systems, client coordination, and inventory management.

Testing Tools: Proficiency with HV/LV Meggers, Power Analyzers, Bearing Analyzers, Vibration Meters, and Earth Resistance Testers.
