Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical/MEP system design, preferably within commercial buildings, restaurants, cafés, and similar projects.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in electrical design and be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. Knowledge and practical understanding of solar systems and EV chargers is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop electrical systems for commercial buildings, restaurants, cafés, and F&B; projects.
- Prepare detailed electrical design drawings and layouts using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Design and coordinate power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, and small power systems.
- Prepare electrical load schedules and perform load calculations.
- Design electrical distribution systems, including MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, cable sizing, and protection systems.
- Develop lighting layouts, power layouts, single-line diagrams, and electrical schematics.
- Coordinate electrical designs with architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and other MEP disciplines.
- Review project requirements, drawings, specifications, and applicable design standards.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
- Review shop drawings and provide technical support during project execution.
- Identify design clashes and coordinate solutions with other disciplines.
- Ensure electrical designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Prepare design documentation, calculations, schedules, and technical submissions.
- Support projects during design development and construction stages.




- Ensure all electrical design deliverables are accurate and completed within project deadlines.

Solar & EV Charging Responsibilities
- Have practical knowledge of solar PV system design and integration.
- Understand solar system capacity, electrical connections, and coordination with building electrical systems.
- Understand the basic requirements for EV charging infrastructure and EV charger installation.
- Coordinate EV charger loads, electrical distribution, protection, and cable requirements.
- Consider solar PV and EV charging requirements during the overall electrical system design.

Software Skills
- Revit – Mandatory
- AutoCAD – Mandatory
- Knowledge of electrical design software is an advantage.

Required Project Experience Must have relevant experience in:

- Commercial buildings
- Restaurants
- Cafés
- F&B; outlets
- Retail / hospitality projects
- Other commercial MEP projects

Candidates should have proven experience working on commercial, restaurant, café, or F&B; projects. Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of relevant electrical/MEP design experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of electrical system design.
- Experience with commercial and F&B; projects is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems and EV charging systems.
- Positive understanding of MEP coordination and electrical design principles.
