We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right courses and academic pathways. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a counselling mindset, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career options.
- Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions-related communication.
- Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and student interactions.
- Achieve assigned counselling/admission targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Prior experience in academic counselling, admissions, sales, or education is preferred.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.
