About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Education Counselor who is interested in sales, student counseling, and overseas education. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with targets and performance-driven responsibilities while having a genuine interest in learning about different countries, education systems, and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Understand student requirements, academic backgrounds, and career goals and recommend suitable study options.
- Communicate confidently with students and parents through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Learn and stay updated about new countries, universities, courses, admission requirements, and education opportunities.
- Handle leads and convert prospective students into applications and enrollments.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Follow up with students throughout the counseling and admission process.
- Maintain accurate lead and student information in the CRM.
- Work under sales pressure and manage daily, monthly, and business targets effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student journey from counseling to admission.
- Participate in education fairs, events, seminars,



and student engagement activities.
- Continuously improve product knowledge, communication skills, and counseling techniques.
