Qualifications

- Strong subject knowledge in Economics and Business Economics, with the ability to explain core concepts clearly and accurately.




- Competence in Lesson Planning and Teaching, including designing structured sessions, using appropriate teaching methods, and managing classroom interactions.
- Background in Education or relevant academic training, such as a degree in Economics, Commerce, Education, or a related field.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage learners, build confidence, and respond to diverse learning styles.
- Prior experience in tuition, coaching, or classroom teaching is preferred; familiarity with school or college-level commerce curricula is an advantage.
- Solid organizational skills, reliability in managing schedules, and a learner-centered approach to teaching.
