E-Commerce Specialist — Shopify & Amazon

Compensation:

$1,000 USD per month

 ROKiT is looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Specialist to join our growing digital team. This is a remote role reporting directly to our E-Commerce Manager , with an initial focus on driving online growth for ROKiT Oxygen and eventually supporting additional ROKiT products.

We’re looking for someone who is highly experienced with both Shopify and Amazon and understands how to turn traffic into sales. This is an execution-focused position—you should be comfortable working inside both platforms every day, identifying opportunities, making improvements, and helping grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Shopify product pages, collections, promotions, merchandising, and overall store performance
- Support and optimize Amazon listings, Seller Central operations, promotions, pricing, inventory, and account health
- Improve conversion rates across Shopify and Amazon
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, imagery, keywords, and other listing content
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, AOV, and other key e-commerce KPIs
- Assist with promotions, product launches, discount strategies, bundles, and offers




- Work with the E-Commerce Manager to identify opportunities to increase revenue
- Coordinate with marketing, creative, fulfillment, and operations teams
- Troubleshoot Shopify and Amazon issues as they arise
- Research competitors and identify opportunities to improve ROKiT’s online presence
- Help expand successful strategies across additional ROKiT brands and products

What We’re Looking For

- Strong, demonstrable experience with Shopify
- Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Understanding of Amazon SEO and listing optimization
- Experience improving e-commerce conversion rates
- Strong understanding of promotions, merchandising, pricing, and online customer journeys
- Comfortable working with e-commerce analytics and reporting
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote workplace
- Strong attention to detail and a sales-focused mindset
- Experience with consumer products is preferred
