We are looking for an E-commerce & Operations Executive to manage our day-to-day D2C operations, order fulfilment, dispatch and basic customer coordination.
Role & responsibilities
- Manage Shopify orders from order placement to dispatch and delivery.
- Managing daily picking, packing, and dispatch of orders and consignments.
- Monitor pending, delayed, cancelled and split shipments.
- Manage COD/prepaid orders and payment status.
- Track NDR, RTO, returns and exchanges.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners.
- Maintain accurate daily MIS and Google Sheets.
- Track key metrics such as orders, fulfillment, dispatch, COD %, RTO %, returns, NDR and pending orders.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with the warehouse team.
- Handle all customer queries through WhatsApp, calls, Instagram DM and email providing adequate solutions.
- Identify operational issues and escalate them to the management.
Help implement and manage Shopify/WMS.
Full end to end dispatchment & cordination with our aggregators and retail partners
Requirements
- 24 years of experience in D2C/e-commerce operations.
- Shopify experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with courier/OMS/WMS platforms preferred.
- Good English communication and customer-handling skills.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Fashion/apparel e-commerce experience is a plus.
We are looking for someone who can independently manage the daily e-commerce operation and ensure that orders move smoothly from Shopify warehouse dispatch customer.
