Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support & E-commerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries via WhatsApp and email, manage e-commerce dashboards, and ensure smooth order processing and tracking updates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages via WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and product inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
- Manage orders on e-commerce platforms (such as PrestaShop, Amazon, or Shopify).
- Create customer orders, process payments, and update order status.
- Send tracking details and ensure timely delivery coordination.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending issues.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for order fulfillment and delivery updates.

Requirements:

- At least 1 years of experience in customer support or e-commerce operations (preferred).




- Valuable written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of email tools, Excel, and e-commerce dashboards.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business or similar customer communication tools.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
