THE ROLE

Based in Navi Mumbai, you will join our Ecommerce team and will be driving day-to-day e-commerce business operations and execution across key marketplaces, ensuring robust availability, demand planning, PO fulfilment, platform hygiene and performance tracking.

Your main responsibilities will include:





- Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations and business execution across Amazon, Myntra, Q-commerce and other relevant marketplace partners.
- Own demand forecasting, inventory planning and PO fulfilment in close coordination with supply chain, warehouse and finance teams.
- Track platform and SKU-level performance, prepare weekly/monthly MIS and analytical reports, and provide actionable business insights.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external platform partners for campaigns, launches, listings, pricing, availability and operational issue resolution.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities, process gaps and operational risks, and drive timely corrective actions.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who naturally puts the living at the centre whose way of working matters as much as the work itself. Concretely, we hope you are:

- Experienced (3-5 years) in E-commerce operations, marketplace management, Q-commerce, demand forecasting, inventory planning and PO fulfilment.
- Proficient in Sales performance tracking, campaign execution, platform coordination and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets, data analysis, reporting and dashboarding.
- Agile and proactive
- Collaborative and open to feedback
