Job Overview

We are looking for a Domestic IT Recruiter who can handle IT hiring requirements for clients across India. The person should be comfortable working on multiple requirements, sourcing candidates through different channels, screening profiles, and coordinating the complete recruitment process from initial sourcing to joining.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong sourcing knowledge, and a positive, target-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

- Understand the client's requirement and clearly before starting the search.
- Source suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other available sources.
- Strong Experience in contract, C2H and permanent hiring.
- Search for candidates based on skills, experience, location, CTC, notice period, and other requirements.
- Speak with candidates to understand their experience, technical skills, career interests, current CTC, expected CTC, and availability.
- Shortlist and submit relevant profiles to Lead's within the required timelines (TAT)
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and make sure candidates are well-informed about the interview process.
- Follow up with candidates regularly and keep them updated about interview feedback and further stages.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to collect interview feedback and close open requirements.




- Discuss and negotiate CTC, notice period, location, and joining date with selected candidates.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate information in the ATS/CRM and recruitment trackers.
- Keep a ready pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
- Work towards daily and monthly recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly recruitment reports as required.
- Maintain good relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth experience throughout the hiring process.

Skills Required
- 1–5 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment or IT Staffing.
- Good understanding of common IT technologies and job roles.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and candidate databases.
- Good knowledge of Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and identify relevant candidates.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities at the same time.
- Comfortable working with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹10,198.49 - ₹42,273.13 per month
