District Program Coordinator CSC Program

Role Overview The District Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing and scaling the CSC program across the assigned district, with a target coverage of 400 - 500+ CSCs. The role will focus on CSC onboarding, engagement, activation, Team Lead management, and driving business through the CSC network.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. CSC Network Management

- Own and manage the CSC program across the assigned district.
- Build and maintain a network of 400 - 500+ active/registered CSCs.
- Ensure complete onboarding of CSCs across the assigned territory.

1. CSC Training & Engagement

- Conduct regular training and orientation programs for CSCs.
- Maintain continuous engagement with CSCs to improve productivity and activation.
- Communicate new products, schemes, offers, and business opportunities to the CSC network.

1. Team Lead Management

- Manage 8 - 10 Team Leads responsible for covering approximately 400 - 500+ CSCs.
- Set clear targets and monitor the performance of Team Leads.
- Work closely with TLs to increase the number of active CSCs and improve productivity.

1. Beat Planning & Field Operations

- Plan and monitor the daily beat plans of Team Leads.
- Ensure effective territory coverage and regular CSC visits.
- Track field activities, CSC engagement,



and performance through regular MIS/reviews.

1. Business Growth & Activation

- Identify opportunities to increase CSC activation and transaction volumes.
- Drive implementation of schemes and promotional initiatives across the CSC network.
- Analyse CSC performance and take corrective actions to improve productivity.

Candidate Profile:

- 4 - 8 years of relevant work experience in field sales/distribution/channel management.
- Prior experience in Telecom/Digital Distribution, preferably as a DSE (Distributor Sales Executive) or similar field-sales role.
- Strong geographical knowledge of the assigned district/territory.
- Experience in managing field teams and distributor/retailer networks.
- Robust communication, relationship management, and execution skills.
- Ability to work extensively in the field and manage a large network of CSCs.
- Target-oriented with strong ownership and execution capability.
