Role Description This Digital Marketing Specialist internship role is based in Patna in a hybrid format, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online channels to promote Bizfylr’s services to global entrepreneurs. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling social media content, monitoring campaign performance, assisting with basic web analytics reporting, and supporting online marketing initiatives.





The role also involves researching trends in digital marketing, coordinating with design and content teams, and responding to online inquiries and comments in a professional manner. Interns are expected to collaborate with the core team, participate in brainstorming sessions, and contribute ideas to improve reach and engagement.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with interest in global business growth.
- Skills in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, posting, and engagement across major platforms.
- Basic understanding of Web Analytics and ability to interpret performance reports to suggest improvements.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with team members and engaging with clients online.
- Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with common digital marketing tools (e.g., social media schedulers, email marketing platforms) is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
