About the role

Media World Marketing is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can plan, execute and improve digital campaigns for multiple clients. The ideal candidate combines hands-on experience with paid advertising, a positive understanding of organic marketing, and the ability to coordinate teams and communicate results clearly to clients.

Roles and responsibilities

Plan digital marketing strategies based on each client’s goals, audience and budget.

Set up, manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions and spending; recommend improvements based on data.

Coordinate social media calendars, content briefs and campaign creatives with designers, writers and video editors.

Oversee SEO activities, website traffic initiatives and landing-page improvements in collaboration with the relevant team members.





Manage day-to-day client communication, campaign updates, feedback and deadlines.

Prepare clear weekly and monthly performance reports using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager and Looker Studio.

Keep projects organised and ensure campaigns and deliverables go live on time.

Requirements

3–4 years of practical digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency or a role managing multiple brands.

Proven experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Working knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, analytics and lead-generation funnels.

Ability to interpret campaign data and make practical optimisation decisions.

Strong communication, client-management and team-coordination skills.

A portfolio or examples showing campaigns managed and results achieved.
