We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to strategize, manage, and optimize digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital strategy, performance marketing, analytics, SEO/SEM, and content strategy. You will play a key role in driving brand growth, lead generation, and overall digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

- Lead end-to-end campaign management across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.

- Oversee SEO strategy including keyword research, technical SEO, and link-building.

- Collaborate with developers/designers to update, optimize, and improve website performance.

- Monitor organic performance and rankings using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

- Track, measure, and present campaign performance using Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI, or similar tools.





- Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance across channels.

- Implement A/B testing and strategies for continuous improvement.

- Oversee development of ad creatives, videos, graphics, and marketing content.

- Ensure all digital activities comply with data privacy laws.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Minimum 8 years of proven experience managing digital marketing across multiple channels.

- Solid expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, analytics, and automation.

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot, etc.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
