About the Role

Guiding Partners and Consulting LLP is looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our team in Kolkata. This internship is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and online brand promotion.

You will work closely with the team on real marketing projects and gain practical exposure to different aspects of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage and create content for social media platforms.
- Assist with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media activities.
- Conduct basic keyword and competitor research.
- Support SEO activities, including content optimization and basic on-page SEO.
- Create and coordinate social media posts, captions, and promotional content.
- Monitor social media engagement and campaign performance.
- Assist in preparing basic marketing reports and analyzing campaign data.
- Research industry trends, audiences, and competitors.
- Support the team in developing new digital marketing ideas and strategies.

Requirements
- Students or freshers pursuing/completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Mass Communication,



or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an interest in content and social media.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Google tools, or social media management tools will be an advantage.
- Candidates who can work from the office in Netaji Nagar, Kolkata are preferred.
