We are looking for an experienced and energetic Digital Marketing Faculty to train and mentor students in practical, industry-oriented Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimization, analytics, lead generation, conversion tracking, and performance analysis, along with excellent communication and teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and practical training sessions on Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing
- Teach Google Ads & Meta Ads from beginner to advanced levels
- Explain campaign setup, keyword research, audience targeting and ad creation
- Train students on lead generation, conversion campaigns and remarketing
- Teach campaign optimization using CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversion data
- Provide practical assignments, projects and real-world campaign examples
- Guide students in campaign analysis, performance tracking and reporting
- Explain Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
- Mentor students and help them develop practical digital marketing skills
- Resolve students' technical and practical doubts
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools and changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads and Digital Marketing

Required Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of Digital Marketing
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Experience with Lead Generation & Conversion Campaigns
- Knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4




- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager & Conversion Tracking
- Understanding of Remarketing, Audience Targeting & Marketing Funnels
- Good understanding of Google Ads campaign types and bidding strategies
- Knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing and Email Marketing is an added advantage
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner
- Excellent communication, presentation and mentoring skills

Preferred Experience Candidates with hands-on experience in running actual digital marketing campaigns and managing advertising budgets will be preferred.

Experience in teaching, training, mentoring or coaching students will be an added advantage.
