Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google.

- Manage social media pages and maintain a consistent content calendar.

- Run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Generate and improve the quality of leads through digital campaigns.

- Monitor CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions, reach and ROI.

- Analyze campaign data and identify what is working and what needs improvement.

- Conduct competitor and market research.

- Coordinate with the content, video, design and sales teams for campaign execution.

- Support SEO, keyword research and website/landing-page optimization.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly marketing performance reports.

- Test different creatives, audiences, copy and campaigns to improve results.





- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform changes and new strategies.

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads.

- Positive understanding of social media marketing.

- Basic-to-good knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics/GA4 and Google Search Console.

- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.

- Ability to understand marketing metrics and numbers.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Creative thinking combined with analytical thinking.

- Ability to work with deadlines and take ownership.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
