We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Digital Marketing, E-Commerce & Social Media Executive who can generate enquiries, convert leads into orders and increase brand visibility and sales through IndiaMART, Alibaba.com, Amazon Seller Central and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage IndiaMART, Alibaba.com and Amazon Seller Central accounts.

- Create and optimize product listings, descriptions, keywords and prices.

- Respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up with buyers.

- Generate domestic and international leads and convert them into orders.

- Manage Alibaba RFQs, Amazon orders, inventory, reviews and account health.

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube.

- Plan and publish posts, reels, stories and product promotions.





- Handle social media enquiries and support Meta and Google advertising.

- Track leads, conversions, sales and social media performance.

- Coordinate with design, sampling, production and dispatch teams.

Required Skills

- Experience with B2B portals, e-commerce or social media marketing.

- Valuable written and spoken English.

- Strong sales, communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.

- Knowledge of Canva, Excel, WhatsApp Business and digital advertising.

- Experience in textiles, home furnishings or export marketing is preferred.
