About the Role

RoomAdda is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, drive engagement, and generate leads for PG and rental accommodation services.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter.
- Create engaging posts, reels, graphics and marketing content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages and customer inquiries.
- Plan and manage content calendars based on marketing goals and trends.
- Run and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, analyze data and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with the SEO team on blogs and landing pages to improve organic traffic.
- Research digital trends, competitors and audience preferences to improve campaigns.

Compensation & Benefits

- Probation: ₹22,000/month for 3–4 months.
- Post-Confirmation CTC: ₹3.0–4.0 LPA, based on performance and role fitment.

Who We’re Looking For

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Creative mindset with solid writing and visual communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media and current digital trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop preferred.
- Self-driven, proactive, detail-oriented and good at time management.
- Passionate about storytelling, branding and engaging content.
