- MBBS with MD in General Medicine / Internal Medicine (Mandatory)

- Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration
/n
- 3–5 years of experience in managing diabetes and general medical conditions
/n
- Fellowship/Certification in Diabetology will be an added advantage
/n /n Job Summary /n The Diabetologist / Physician is responsible for providing comprehensive medical care with a focus on the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of diabetes and associated lifestyle disorders. The role also involves managing general medical patients, promoting preventive healthcare, and ensuring evidence-based clinical practices. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n
- Diagnose and manage patients with diabetes, hypertension,
and other lifestyle-related diseases.
/n
- Conduct outpatient consultations and inpatient medical management as required.
/n
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
/n
- Educate patients on disease management, nutrition, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
/n
- Coordinate with dietitians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals for multidisciplinary care.
/n
- Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
/n
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and NABH standards.
/n
- Participate in health awareness programs, CMEs, and community outreach initiatives.
/n
- Provide emergency medical care and support when required.
