Job Title: Telecalling Intern / Telesales Intern

Location: Delhi (Work from Office Zigly Head Office)

Duration: 6 Months Internship

Working Days: 6 Days (Mon-Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote Zigly's Van Grooming services.
- Generate leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Explain service packages, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Follow up with leads to improve conversions.
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth appointment scheduling.
- Maintain customer records in CRM and ensure quality customer interaction.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and booking targets.

Eligibility:

- Graduate or pursuing a Bachelors degree (any discipline).
- Freshers can apply.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and customer interaction.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Target-driven, confident, and eager to learn.

Preferred: Prior experience in tele-calling, customer support, tele-sales, or lead generation is a plus.
