Key Responsibilities

- Handle production incidents, troubleshooting,



escalation and RCA
- Monitor application/platform performance and resolve alerts
- Support Linux/Windows production environments
- Perform deployments, patching, upgrades and vulnerability remediation
- Implement automation & Infrastructure as Code solutions
- Support Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift environments
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and production releases
- Monitor Control-M jobs, application flows and data exchanges
- Work closely with Infrastructure, Network, Security and Development teams
- Drive production stability, reliability and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate: Someone with a strong Production Support + #DevOps/#Automation background who can independently manage critical production issues and contribute to infrastructure modernization.
