We are looking for a motivated Fresher Developer with a passion for coding and software development. The candidate should have a basic understanding of programming concepts and be willing to learn and work on real-time development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Write clean, simple, and maintainable code.
- Develop and modify software applications based on project requirements.
- Understand requirements and convert them into basic coding solutions.
- Debug and fix coding issues with guidance from senior developers.
- Perform testing and troubleshooting of applications.
- Work with the development team on new features and enhancements.
- Learn new technologies and development tools as required.
- Maintain basic technical documentation.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of any one programming language such as:
- Java
- Python
- C#
- .Net
- Good understanding of OOP concepts, variables, loops, functions, arrays,
and basic data structures.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases is preferred.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving and logical-thinking skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow as a developer.
Education
- B.E / B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc / BCA / M.Sc Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates who have completed academic projects, internships, coding courses, or personal projects.
- Candidates who can explain their own code and demonstrate basic coding ability.
