Role Description

We are looking for a Material Dispatch & Warehouse Officer responsible for the storage, handling, inventory, and dispatch of PVC pipes and related materials. The role includes coordinating daily dispatches, preparing delivery documents, checking quantities and materials, arranging loading, and ensuring timely dispatch to customers and project sites.

The officer will also be responsible for warehouse management, stock monitoring, material inward and outward records, proper stacking and storage of pipes, physical stock verification, and coordination with Production, Sales, Accounts, Transporters, and customers.

Qualifications

- Diploma / Degree or relevant qualification preferred.




- Experience in warehouse, dispatch, inventory, or PVC/plastic manufacturing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of material handling, stock management, and dispatch procedures.
- Good knowledge of Excel and basic ERP/software systems.
- Ability to maintain accurate stock and dispatch records.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to supervise loading/unloading and warehouse workers.
- Responsible for proper storage, stock accuracy, safety, and timely dispatch.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour Expected hours: 48.0 per week
