Experience in municipal STP, industrial ETP, WTP, CETP, ZLD, reuse/recycling and EPC projects will be an advantage.

A. Process Design

- Develop process schemes for STP, ETP, WTP, CETP and water-reuse systems.
- Prepare and review process flow diagrams (PFD), process design basis and treatment schemes.
- Carry out process calculations for:

- Equalization

- Biological treatment

- MBBR/MBR systems

- Clarifiers

- Aeration systems

- Filtration

- Sludge treatment

- Tertiary treatment

- RO/UF systems

- Chemical dosing
- Determine equipment capacities and process parameters.

B. Engineering & Design

- Prepare/review:

- PFDs
- P&IDs;

- Hydraulic profiles

- Equipment datasheets

- Process specifications

- Technical specifications

- BOQs

- Design calculations
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and Instrumentation teams.
- Review vendor technical offers and drawings.

C. Tender & Proposal Support

- Study tender documents and technical specifications.
- Identify technical requirements,



deviations and design risks.
- Support the proposal team in preparing technical offers.
- Prepare process calculations and technical write-ups for tenders.
- Assist in techno-commercial evaluation of treatment technologies and equipment.

D. Project Execution Support

- Provide design clarification to project and site teams.
- Review site requirements and resolve process/design issues.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants and clients.
- Participate in technical meetings with clients/consultants.
- Support commissioning and performance-trial activities where required.

E. Technical Review & Quality

- Review designs for capacity, treatment performance, hydraulic suitability, energy consumption and operational practicality.
- Ensure designs are aligned with applicable standards, tender specifications and statutory requirements.
- Identify design optimisation and cost-saving opportunities without compromising treatment performance.
