/n /n Our ambition is to combine deep domain knowledge, RFID expertise, software platforms and intelligent edge devices to build globally relevant products and platforms. /n About the Role /n The Head – Customer Engineering & Delivery will own the end-to-end customer engineering and delivery lifecycle at i-TEK — beginning with pre-sales and techno-functional solutioning, through implementation and deployment, hardware fulfilment and go-live, and continuing through support, adoption and customer success. - Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.

/n

- Postgraduate management qualification would be an advantage.

/n /n Required Skills /n /n

- Approximately 20+ years of relevant experience, with significant leadership responsibility.

- Demonstrated experience leading large and diverse customer-facing technology organisations.

/n

- Proven track record delivering complex software and hardware / device-led programs for enterprise customers.

/n

- Experience managing multiple simultaneous customer programs at scale.

/n

- Strong exposure to enterprise software/platform implementations and integrations.

/n

- Experience across the full lifecycle from pre-sales through delivery and support/customer success.

/n

- Experience in Retail Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Supply Chain & Logistics, Enterprise Automation, Industrial IoT, and/or AIDC / RFID would be particularly valuable.

- Direct RFID experience is desirable but not mandatory; strong enterprise technology delivery experience and the ability to understand the domain are more important.
