- Manage tasks related to Document Management Systems (DMS) and digital personal file (DPF) with responsibility of planning, execution, and completion within scope and, schedule

- Responsible for SAP HR Interfaces to Aconso and DPF

- Assist in projects and rollouts as an IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) for DMS and DPF and support the business in defining requirements.

- Integration and configuration of document management systems to ensure seamless operation and user accessibility.

- Support daily operations related to our Document Management Systems (DMS) and digital personal file (DPF), ensuring seamless system functionality, and liaise with the external vendors to drive improvements.

- Resolve incident tickets and service requests, coordinate ticket handover and specific case management with external partners.

- Ensure continuous system availability and performance.

- Participate in scrum events and maintain JIRA for agile work organization.

Skill

- Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration,



or a comparable qualification.

- Extensive experience (min. 3 years, >6 years beneficial) SAP Interface Technology skilled in RFC and OData for data integration as well as good understanding of SAP HCM and EC.

- Experience with document management systems, Aconso and OpenText is important.

- Deep understanding of document management protocols and best practices in digital filing systems.

- Familiar with SAP HR systems and processes for HR solutions.

- Understanding of Object-Oriented ABAP programming for development support is very helpful.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

- Ability to work independently and proactively within a team environment.

- Experience with agile and waterfall approaches, including tools and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and JIRA.
