Requirements ✔ 8+ years of Data Engineering experience ✔ 4+ years of hands-on Databricks experience ✔ Strong expertise in Spark, Data Lakehouse, and Medallion Architecture ✔ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure) ✔ Knowledge of data quality, performance tuning, and orchestration tools Valuable to Have - Databricks Certification

- MLOps / GenAI exposure
- Team Lead or Mentoring experience
