Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ForgeRock Identity Management professional to support identity and access management capabilities within a cloud-native, microservices-based technology workplace. The role will involve identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, provisioning, integrations, and production support across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, configure, and support ForgeRock Identity Management (IDM) solutions.

- Work with ForgeRock Access Management (AM) and related IAM components.

- Configure and manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, synchronization, and identity lifecycle workflows.

- Develop and maintain integrations between ForgeRock and enterprise applications using REST APIs and connectors.

- Configure authentication and authorization mechanisms for applications and services.

- Work with LDAP / Active Directory and other identity repositories.

- Implement and support SSO, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML based authentication flows.

- Troubleshoot identity, authentication, authorization, provisioning, and integration issues.

- Work closely with application, infrastructure,



security, and architecture teams.

- Support deployment and integration of IAM solutions in cloud and microservices-based environments.

- Participate in application onboarding and integration activities.

- Develop scripts/configurations to automate identity-management processes.

- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, configuration documents, and operational procedures.

- Provide production support and participate in incident, problem, and change management.

- Ensure IAM solutions meet security, availability, scalability, and operational requirements.

- Support continuous improvement and modernization of identity-management capabilities.
