Adxventure is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team.

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help the organization make informed, data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, good knowledge of Excel, SQL, and Power BI, and the ability to work with large datasets.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from datasets.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.
- Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and data management.
- Track and analyze business and marketing performance metrics.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to internal teams.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data and reports.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical support.

Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with Power BI,



Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- Ability to work with large datasets.
- Understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications or practical experience in data analytics will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis.
- Experience working with business/marketing data is preferred.
- Ability to independently analyze data and communicate meaningful insights.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
