Role Description This full-time Data Analyst role is based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region in a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home days.

The Data

Analyst will work with Python, SQL, and AI agent ecosystems (including tools such as DAV and Claude) to collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources. Daily responsibilities include building dashboards and reports, performing exploratory and statistical analyses, and creating data models that support intelligent automation and AI-driven workflows. The person in this role will collaborate closely with product, engineering,



and operations teams to translate business questions into data solutions and to optimize AI agents and automated processes using data insights.

They will also document methodologies, maintain data quality standards, and communicate findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and data analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Knowledge of statistics and statistical methods for hypothesis testing, trend analysis, and performance measurement.
- Solid data modeling skills to design, structure, and optimize datasets and databases for reporting and AI-driven applications.
- Effective communication skills for explaining technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and collaborating across teams.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and automation.
- Experience or solid interest in working with AI agents and tools such as DAV and Claude, including integrating data workflows with AI systems.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and dashboard creation is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and adapt to a fast-paced, AI-focused business context.
