Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, data visualization, and reporting, with the ability to convert raw data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and MIS for management.
- Analyze business data and identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
- Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
- Use Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas.
- Track and analyze KPIs and business performance metrics.
- Identify data inconsistencies and ensure data accuracy.
- Work with different teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

Required Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.




- Positive command of Advanced Excel – Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF formulas, data cleaning, etc.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- Knowledge of data cleaning, reporting, and visualization.
- Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

Good to Have:
- Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with Power Query and DAX.
- Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar databases.
- Experience working with large datasets.

Preferred Candidate:
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
- Surat-based candidates will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Nanpura, Surat and with the mentioned working hours.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
