About the Company:

We are hiring candidates on behalf of a well-established industrial manufacturing organization undergoing large-scale digital transformation initiatives across its manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the CISO in driving the organization’s cybersecurity strategy and

execution
1. Manage day-to-day cybersecurity operations across infrastructure, cloud,

endpoint, network, and applications
1. Coordinate with MSSP / SOC, OEMs, implementation partners, auditors, and

internal IT teams
1. Monitor and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and cyber threats
2. Lead vulnerability assessments, VAPT remediation tracking, hardening, and

security reviews
1. Drive implementation and management of tools such as SIEM/SOAR,

EDR/XDR, IAM, PAM, DLP, email security, web security, and backup security
1. Support compliance initiatives including ISO 27001, TISAX, customer audits,

and internal security governance
1. Conduct risk assessments and improve security posture across enterprise

and plant environments
1. Assist in developing cybersecurity policies, standards, awareness programs,

and incident response processes

Work closely with infrastructure, application, cloud, and OT teams to ensure

secure deployments

Profile

1. 4–6 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
2. Robust understanding of network security, endpoint security, IAM, cloud

security, vulnerability management, and SOC operations
1. Experience coordinating with external security partners and technology

vendors
1. Comfortable working independently and driving closure across teams
2. Exposure to manufacturing / automotive / industrial environments is preferred
3. Certifications such as CEH, Security+, ISO 27001, SC-200, CISSP (preferred

but not mandatory) Ideal candidate would be someone who is

2. Learning attitude to expand the breadth and depth of subject matter expertise
3. Able to challenge partners and vendors effectively
4. Ability to do hands-on execution
