Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service via phone calls.

- Conduct fraud analysis to identify potential risks and escalate suspicious cases to senior team members.

- Process insurance claims, verify documentation, and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues related to insurance operations.

Job Requirements :

- Fluent English language skills (spoken) for effective communication with customers.

- 1-3 years of experience in an international voice process or similar workplace.

- Strong understanding of insurance operations, including claim processing and risk analysis.
