Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls for the TVS process. Assist customers with queries and provide effective solutions. Maintain a customer-focused and positive approach. Use basic computer skills for customer handling and process updates.
Eligibility & Skills: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Valuable Hindi communication and basic English required. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to interact confidently with customers.
Salary (In-hand): * Freshers: ₹14,000/month
- Experienced: ₹17,000/month
Work Schedule: 6 Days Working | Rotational Week Off
