We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and hardworking Team Member to join our Naturals Ice Cream outlet. The team member will be responsible for serving customers, maintaining the outlet, handling daily operations, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and serve customers politely.
Take customer orders and serve ice cream and other products.
Handle billing and cash/UPI payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.
Keep the counter, display area, and equipment clean and organized.
Check stock and inform the supervisor about low-stock items.
Assist with opening and setting up the outlet in the morning.
Follow company standards for customer service, hygiene, and food safety.
Work as part of the team and support other staff when required.
Candidate Requirements
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Honest, punctual, and responsible.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in retail, food service, or hospitality is an advantage but freshers can also apply.
Morning Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Evening Timing : 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
