- Handle complete air export shipment process from booking to final dispatch

- Coordinate with customers to collect shipment details, documents, and instructions

- Arrange bookings with airlines and negotiate space/rates when required

- Prepare and verify export documentation (HAWB, MAWB, commercial invoice, packing list, etc.)

- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international shipping requirements

- Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agent) for smooth customs clearance

- Track shipments and proactively update customers on shipment status

- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and operational issues promptly

- Liaise with overseas agents for shipment coordination and delivery updates

- Maintain accurate records in internal systems (e.g., Othello or other forwarding software)





- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs)ole & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- trong knowledge of air export procedures and documentation

- Familiarity with airline operations and cargo booking processes

- Valuable understanding of customs regulations and compliance

- Proficiency in freight forwarding software (e.g., Othello, CargoWise, etc.)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced workplace

- Problem-solving and customer handling skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy
