We are hiring for an Executive - Customer Service

Location : Chennai

Experience : 2+ years

Salary : Upto 4 Lakhs Per Annum

To serve ROW customers orders and ensure effective communication

Adhere to company policies, service standards, and escalation procedures

Prepare and share customer service reports when required

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders and deliveries

Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner

Experience in Customer hadling, order management, claim handling with proven track record

Solid analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in order management software, such as SAP ERP systems

Order handling in ERP software

Data analysis and reporting

Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, factory, finance)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
